Beeston will face Reading in the England Hockey Men’s Cup Final on Monday 7th May at Lee Valley.

Second-placed Brooklands-Poynton inflicted Beeston’s first league defeat of the season in the Investec Women’s Conference North, beating the champions 3-0.
The club have taken the decision not to charge admission for these two fixtures and it would be great to see a full house at both games.
The Bees faced Reading on Sunday and picked up a 2-1 victory. Gareth Griffihs was on the score sheet again with a penalty stroke in the 24th minute and Marius Gemmel extended the Bees lead in the 38th minute.
