U6: Training is every Sunday morning between 9:30am – 10:30am.
U8: Training is every Sunday morning between 9:30am – 11am.
U10 & U12: Training is every Sunday morning between 9:30am-11:30am.
U14 Boys & Girls: Training is every Friday evening between 6:30pm – 8:00pm. These sessions will alternate weekly between Pitch 1 and Pitch 2.
U16 Boys & Girls: Training is every Friday evening between 8:00pm – 9:30pm. These sessions will alternate weekly between Pitch 1 and Pitch 2.
U18 Boys: Training is every second Friday evening between 7-8:30pm, alternating with U18 Girls.
U18 Girls: Training is every second Friday evening between 7-8:30pm, alternating with U18 Boys.
U12 Junior Academy – These sessions will take place on a Friday Evening between 6:30pm and 8:00pm. Any Beeston HC member from 8 – 12 years of age is entitled to attend these sessions. They are designed to give these juniors an extra training session a week to further facilitate their hockey development, by gaining access to coaching from performance players within the club and specialist equipment. – Price £10 per session

The facilities at Nottingham Hockey Centre are the best in the UK with 2 water based pitches and 3 ½ sand based pitches, enabling us to segregate the children into age-groups for training.
The clubhouse has a bar providing hot/cold refreshments, with free Wi-Fi that is open during all training sessions, and there are ample parking spaces on site. On a Sunday Morning the canteen is also open, providing a breakfast service for parents/children.
You should make arrangements for your child to travel to and from training sessions and matches. Players should have one parent or guardian present at all training and matches (for players up to the age of 12). We appreciate it if children are collected promptly at the end of the session.
If you are going to be late picking your child up, please contact your junior age group manager or Gareth Griffiths (Mobile 07432444902). It is important that children are told to wait within the clubhouse area rather than walking to the busy road at the club entrance. Occasionally sessions finish early if there is a tournament or fixtures taking place at Nottingham Hockey Centre.
