The club’s promise of a “rock ‘n’ roll season” comes to a climax this weekend. On Saturday 24th March the ladies’ 1st team take on Brooklands Poynton at 2pm for their final league game of the season. Beeston won the Investec North Conference ladies league two weeks ago and have won every game in the league so far this season.

On Sunday 25th March the men’s 1st team, who are currently top of the England Hockey Men’s Premier League by two points, take on 2nd placed side Surbiton, in the final league game of the season at 2pm. A victory for Beeston will guarantee them winning the league and qualifying for a place in the Euro Hockey League next season.

The club have taken the decision not to charge admission for these two fixtures and it would be great to see a full house at both games. This is an ideal opportunity to see top class ladies and men’s hockey at the top hockey venue in the country, Nottingham Hockey Centre.
So, come on down this weekend and invite your friends to see some great hockey. The bar and cafeteria will be open on both days.
