There are new faces to meet and familiar ones to welcome back as Beeston Hockey Club brings together its Men’s First Performance Squad for the 2026/27 season. We’re delighted to introduce our latest signings, alongside the coaching, support and Bee TV teams who will be part of the season.

Welcome to Beeston

A warm Beeston welcome goes to Abdul Rehman, Ben Wall, Harry Stone, Jamie Seale, John Bennett, Luis Cuttle, Marcus Lake, Mark Haycroft, Matt van Selm, Oli Horsler, Rana Waleed and Yuvraj Bhuhi. All twelve join the Men’s First Performance Squad for 2026/27.

We’re also delighted to welcome back Connor Sign and Jamie Rawlings. It’s good to have both players back with the Bees.

The team behind the team

Mark Bateman leads the squad as Head Coach, with Stephen Wood and Richard Stamp as Assistant Coaches. Tom Eves is Team Manager and Gareth Griffiths captains the side.

Gregor Kelling is the team’s Physio, while Owen Bramley joins us from the Nottingham Panthers ice hockey team as Strength and Conditioning Lead.

Cellan Griffiths is Commercial Manager, with David Griffiths as Chairman. Together, the coaching, management and support team will work with the squad throughout the season.

Every home game live on Bee TV

Bee TV returns with Stephen Wood and Andy Day on commentary and Adam Milsom behind the camera. Every Men’s 1st team home game will be streamed live on YouTube, so supporters can follow the Bees wherever they are.
