The message from the club directors to the first team squads was simple, “We’ve got the TV down at training tonight, make sure EVERYONE is in full adidas Beeston kit.”
This was 2 weeks ago at Thursday night training when NottsTV were down filming a feature for ‘Sports Week’. That message got through to everyone, apart from adidas sponsored Olympian, Mark Gleghorne!
Although Mark wasn’t in his Beeston kit he didn’t let his sponsors down. Straight talking first team manger, Graham Griffiths commented, “He looked like he had walked out of an adidas catalogue. He looked superb.”
Mark was dressed head to toe in brand new Adidas miTeam kit which by the looks of it, had only just come out the packaging! Although he wasn’t in his Beeston tracksuit a spare track top was found for the interview!
