Ladies 2s
A 15 strong 2nd XI travelled to Northampton on Saturday for their last fixture of 2017, ending on a high with a 3-1 win. The ladies demonstrated creative movement both off and on the ball, which was rewarded with plenty of chances in the attacking circle. A special short out goes to forward Hannah Far for scoring her first goals of the season. The team faces Lichfield at home in early February next year.
Final Score: 3-1 Win

A great team performance from the Ladies 4s, saw them double their goal tally for the season with 2 fabulous goals. Unfortunately, the opposition found the net on 5 occasions- a result that doesn’t fit the hard work the Bees put in.

Ladies 7s
The Ladies 7s began the game very well and had the majority of possession in the first half. They created a number of chances but were just not able to get the ball into the back of the goal. They started off the second half in positive spirits but unfortunately this was short lived as North Notts slotted away 2 successive goals and managed to slip a third away before the full time whistle. Despite the loss the team worked very well together and put some great pieces of play together. They have lots to learn moving forward but can take a lot of positives away from this game and fingers crossed for their first elusive win of the season soon! (By Steph Hanley)
