Rolf Steenmetser is currently playing in the European Championship for the Netherlands U18 in Cork. He will join the squad in August for the pre season build up and is looking forward to the adventure.
Rolf is coming to the University of Nottingham to study Business and Management. Rolf commented, “”This is the perfect year to go abroad. It is a great opportunity to combine a year of studying and playing hockey, and to improve my English”.
Rolf joins the Bees from Pinoké from Amsterdam where he played in defence. He will be a tremendous asset to the squad this season.
Beeston Head Coach, Stephen Wood, commented “We are looking forward to meeting Rolf and welcoming him to the Club. He is a very talented hockey player and has a fantastic career ahead of him.”
