Beeston seek Men's Head Coach

Position: Men’s Head Coach at Beeston HC

Beeston HC are seeking to appoint a men’s first team coach for the 2016/17 season and beyond.  In 2015/16 the men finished in 6th place in Men’s Premier League and won the England Hockey Cup.

With a driven management team the club are looking for an individual who has dedication and a passion to develop both junior and senior hockey players.

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience dealing with both junior and senior players, and an understanding of managing the workload of players involved in school, university and international programmes.
  • Experience coaching a team to a high standard
  • Knowledge of the modern game, including indoor hockey.
  • The ability to coach both technical and tactical considerations.
  • Effective communication with players, parents, coaches and management within the club.
  • Be able to use and provide effective coaching and feedback through video analysis
  • Hold a minimum of England Hockey UKCC Level 2 coaching qualification
