For the fourth successive season, Russell Scanlan have committed to sponsoring the Beeston Hockey Club Preseason Tournament. The tournament will take place on Saturday 7th September and Sunday 8th September at Nottingham Hockey Centre. With 28 teams taking part, this will be the biggest preseason tournament the club has run so far.
The generosity of Russell Scanlan has meant we can offer prize money to the winners. There are 16 ladies’ teams split across two divisions, with the winners of Division 1 and Division 2 each receiving £250.00 prize money. The 12 men’s teams are split into two pools, with matches culminating in crossover classification games at the end of the weekend. The winner of the 1st v 1st classification game will also receive £250.00 prize money.
