England Hockey have announced the sport can now move to step 4 on the return to hockey roadmap.
This means the pre-planned summer fixtures and junior training from Monday 10th August can now take place.
Team captains and managers will now select teams for the fixtures and will make contact with players who had submitted their availability. Simon Hujwan will also be in contact with the junior members who had signed up to next week’s sessions.
Nottingham Hockey Centre have written a COVID-19 risk assessment and plan for the site which is available to download here
Please familiarise yourself with the measures that have been put in place.
Nottingham Hockey Centre have set up a simple test and trace system where all visitors to the site will be required to text their name to 07481 345664 every time they visit the site. Once they have sent the text, visitors will then receive a message prompting them to complete the England Hockey Participation Agreement. The Participation Agreement will only need to be completed once. The test and trace data will be saved for 21 days and will only be used if an outbreak is reported at the hockey centre.
The clubhouse will close one hour after the last game or booking is due to finish.
