The current Beeston U16 boy’s team were the U14 boy’s National Champions two seasons ago. Having experience playing at Lee Valley in the National Finals they got off to a flying start in this year’s U16 National Championship Tournament by beating Sutton Coldfield away from home 11 goals to nil. An excellent team performance by all.
The goal scorers for Beeston were: George O’Brien 3, Toby Stanley 2, Carl Prieur 2, Benedict Williams 2, Henry Croft 1 and finally the team Captain Adam Bashir 1.
Their next Championship match is against Rugby & East Warwickshire on Sunday 6th November at 12 noon prior to the Men’s first team home fixture in the Premier League at 2pm against Hampstead and Westminister.
