Stuart Pilgrim jumps for joy in 2016 after winning the Bees 5th Cup title in 8 years!

The England Hockey men’s Cup will be out of the trophy cabinet this Sunday during the men’s 1st XI match against Canterbury!
The Bees won last seasons England Hockey men’s cup in May 2016 for the 5th time in 8 years. They beat Chichester in the final at Lee Valley 3-0 with a brace of goals from from Richard Lawrence and a goal from Stuart Pilgrim.

The famous trophy ‘Hockey Association Challenge Cup’, will be placed next to the pitch and spectators will have the opportunity to get up, close, and personal, with the famous piece of silverware.
Only 4 Beeston captains have ever had the opportunity to lift the trophy – David Griffiths (2008), Stephen Lawrence (2010 and 2011), Mark Wadsley (2012) and Stuart Pilgrim (2016) – So get down to the club with your Beeston Gold and Black shirt and lift the cup like David, Stephen, Mark and Stuart!
