The Wombles leveled the score in the 20th minute with an open play goal from Steven Ebbers.
The leagues top goalscorer, Mark Gleghorne, blasted Beeston back in to the lead in the 33rd minute with the Bees only penalty corner of the match, firing the ball in to the roof of the net.
In the second half Wimbledon’s Steve Ebbers received a yellow card in the 48th minute that was quickly followed by a yellow card for Beeston’s Julius Nagel in the 49th minute.
Former Beeston and Great Britain international, Ben Arnold, equalized for the Wombles in the 59th minute. Both sides defended well in the last 10 minutes and the game finished 2-2.
Beeston captain, Stephen Lawrence commented, “I’m really pleased with the approach of this young side. They are learning and improving game by game because of their positive and intelligent attitude. We are looking forward to next weeks game at home against Canterbury.”
